About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a Talent Development & Communications Executive to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Turkey. Talent Development & Communications Executive lies within the People & Performance team and is based in our Istanbul (Akmerkez) office. You’ll be working in a high performing team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You’ll be reporting into HR Manager. Talent Development & Communications Executive will be responsible for enhancing employee skills and knowledge through targeted learning and development programs while also strengthening the organization's employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Your main responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage learning & development programs aligned with organizational goals
Managing talent management/succession planning and engagement cycles
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
Develop and maintain engaging content for various employer branding platforms, including social media, career websites, and recruitment materials
Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and university partnerships to promote the organization
Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements
Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences
Work closely with HR, marketing, and leadership teams to align learning and branding initiatives with organizational objectives
Act as a consultant to managers and teams on learning and development needs and employer branding strategies
Propose, execute and deliver a communications strategy
Execution of internal communications plan, agenda and routines
Coordinate, host and follow up on internal events and activities, wellbeing sessions and company townhalls
Experiences and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in talent management, learning & development and/or employer branding
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in both Turkish & English
Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategy
Innovation in designing engaging learning materials and branding content
Flexibility to respond to changing organizational needs and priorities
Ability to develop long-term plans and initiatives that align with organizational goals
Capability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
