You will be a trusted partner to our leadership team, ensuring that our people strategies align with the hotel's vision and values.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative HR initiatives that align with business goals and enhance the associate journey.Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and career development programs to attract and retain top talent.Champion a positive and inclusive work environment through meaningful engagement initiatives.Maintain adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards while continuously improving HR processes.
