Job Description
Based in Singapore, the Talent & Culture Executive will be part of a team that provides day-to-day human resources support to the operations team in one of the World’s Leading Airlines Lounges at Changi Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity to build the HR function from the ground up, ensuring compliance with labour and employment laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting business growth through strategic HR initiatives. This role is critical in supporting the full recruitment cycle of talents, day to day administration and engagement of talents as well as fostering a welcoming work environment.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, scheduling of interviews, and new hire orientationSavvy with work pass applications and renewalsMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with local employment practicesSupport benefits administration in collaboration with finance and operations teamsCoordinate internal and external trainingsSupport the day-to-day administration in the T&C DepartmentQualifications
Knowledge and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business ManagementMinimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources rolesKnowledge of work pass application and renewal processesKnowledge of local employment regulations and statutory benefitsCompetencies
