ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the HRBP to post job openings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Manage candidate records and progress within the ATS in accordance with company guidelines Review applications and conduct virtual pre-screen interviews to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Attend in-person interviews with hiring managers when requested. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Smart Sourcing to identify and engage passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles. Assist the HRBP with New Hire Orientation and onboarding Other duties as assigned by the HRBP or Human Resources DirectorMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, preferred. Extensive experience in human resources and/or recruiting may be substituted for a formal degree A minimum of (2) years of Recruiting experience. Experience recruiting within the Construction and/or Engineering industry is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential informationCOMPUTER SKILLS
Excellent Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Outlook, Word, OneNote and Excel) Familiarity with souring applications, including LinkedIn and Indeed.CORE VALUES
