Talent Coordinator
The Talent Coordinator supports the Talent/Human Resources team in delivering efficient and effective Talent services across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day Talent operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about fostering positive employee experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and maintain employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. Respond to employee inquiries regarding Talent policies, benefits, and procedures. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support Talent projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, training, and performance management. Prepare reports and presentations for Talent leadership as needed.
