Talent Coordinator

The Talent Coordinator supports the Talent/Human Resources team in delivering efficient and effective Talent services across the organization. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day Talent operations, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about fostering positive employee experience.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Coordinate and maintain employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
+ Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
+ Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
+ Respond to employee inquiries regarding Talent policies, benefits, and procedures.
+ Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
+ Support Talent projects and initiatives, including employee engagement, training, and performance management.
+ Prepare reports and presentations for Talent leadership as needed.
Education and Experience
+ High School Diploma/GED
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
+ One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a Talent support or administrative role.
+ Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
+ Strong organizational and time management skills.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication.
+ High level of discretion and professionalism.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with employment laws and Talent best practices.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
+ Hybrid role, currently 3 days per week in the office.
+ Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds
+ The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates
+ While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
+ This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
+ This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices

While this position is primarily remote, please note that if you reside within a 26-mile radius of our corporate office, you will be required to work in a hybrid capacity. This means you will be expected to work on-site at the corporate office for part of the week and remotely for the remainder.
