As a Talent Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of that goal, managing a diverse team of professionals to provide comprehensive, people-driven HR services. We’re focused on developing the leaders that will support us in building a better working world and in this role, you’ll be at the forefront of influencing the change and transformation of our leaders. **The opportunity** You’ll provide the highest level of talent consultation within a specific region, service line or national practice while leading change initiatives around Human Resources (HR) programs and processes. Whatever you find yourself working on, it all comes down to providing strategic consultation to business leaders that will allow them to drive business results. As a trusted advisor to the business, you’ll be part of the leadership team, translating the business strategy into talent solutions. **Your key responsibilities** You’ll be responsible for high quality execution of significant HR processes including compensation, performance management and career development. You’ll serve as the tactical front-line support to customer groups as well as provide some strategic support to functional leadership on people initiatives. Utilizing data analytics, you’ll provide insight on headcount, salaries and budgets and inform on solutions as needed. **Skills and attributes for success** + Ability to influence multiple constituents + Handling employee relations issues for colleagues at all levels + Constantly identifying risks and opportunities for improvement to drive change + Managing large projects, including restructuring, leadership development and assessment initiatives + Translating complex data from a wide range of sources into meaningful insights that build and confirm your reputation as a key business partner + A broad knowledge of HR regulations, processes and best practices **To qualify for the role you must have** + A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience + Seven plus years of experience **Ideally, you’ll also have** + A master’s degree, supported by Society for Human Resource Management certification + Experience working within a professional services industry or complex matrix environment **What we look for** We’re interested in influencers with a broad and extensive knowledge of HR processes. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $180,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $115,600 to $204,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
