Talent & Capability Manager (Fixed Term)

You will also implement assessment interventions to identify and diagnose gaps, build and deploy training programs, and measure impact against investment. **How you will contribute** You will: + Develop frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive business performance across MENAP. + Identify learning needs and program objectives to support strategy and work with global curriculum or designs learning offers when required for the BU. + Create local content for new capabilities and manage global content for existing programs with a local perspective. + Implement and deliver the learning agenda, ensuring compliance to capability strategy. + Create and deliver functional communications and engagement activities. + Collaborate with the Workforce Analytics and Insights CoE to understand the skills that will be required in order to have an optimum workforce in the future and to understand the impact of the current capability strategies + Partner with external suppliers to develop learning offers (when internal capability or capacity requires it) + Be responsible for continuous improvement of all internal learning offers + Leverage program management and investment tracking strategies and tools to drive clarity in what will be delivered by when and ensuring tracking of impact. + Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure alignment and integration of programs. + Promote awareness of wellbeing resources and benefits available to employees across MENAP. + Analyze employee engagement survey results and other feedback to identify key drivers of engagement within the BU. + Develop and implement regional engagement initiatives to address identified areas for improvement. + Partner with market People Leads and managers to implement action plans based on engagement survey results. + Partner with the MENAP Talent Lead to implement and adapt DEI strategies and initiatives for the BU. + Analyze regional diversity data and identify areas for improvement. + Develop and implement regional DEI programs focused on Women in Leadership, recruitment, development, promotion, and retention **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in: + Consultation and strategic thinking + Function-specific experience to support knowledge of processes and ways of working + Adult learning principles, learning design and theories + Business acumen + Customer focus **More about this role** + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. + 7+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent management, capability development, DEI, wellbeing, and/or employee engagement. + Proven experience in developing and implementing successful programs in these areas + Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels + Strong understanding of DEI principles and best practices. + Experience working in a regional/ global role. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office + Experience with HRIS systems preferred. **More about this role** **Job specific requirements:** 1-year Mondelez fixed term contract **Travel requirements:** minimum **Location (Options):** + Karachi, Pakistan + Cairo, Egypt **Work schedule:** + Monday - Friday (Pakistan) + Sunday - Thursday (Egypt) No Relocation support available **Business Unit Summary** **Mondelēz International in the Middle East, North Africa and Pakistan serves the Middle East and Africa markets as well as Australia, New Zealand, the UK and Canada.
