For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related field. Minimum of 12 years experience in talent development, capability building, or a related HR function. Proven track record of designing and implementing successful talent development programs. Solid understanding of engineering and technical skill requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Experience in performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights. Willingness to travel 25% to 50% internationally. Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Experience working in a global or multinational organization is an advantage. Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in talent development and capability building is a plus.
