**Description and Requirements**
**About the Role**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Talent Acquisition Partner** to lead high-volume recruitment efforts for blue-collar roles within our industrial manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our production teams are staffed with skilled and reliable personnel, while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and Saudization policies.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume blue-collar positions including operators, technicians, and warehouse staff.
+ Develop and execute local sourcing strategies through job fairs, HRDF programs, technical institutes, job portals, and social media.
+ Collaborate closely with hiring managers and production teams to define job requirements and plan manpower needs.
+ Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, Saudization (Nitaqat), and Iqama processes.
+ Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting through Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
+ Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
+ Monitor labor market trends and adjust sourcing strategies to remain competitive.
**Soft Skills**
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Fluent in **Arabic and English** (Chinese is a plus).
+ Highly adaptable in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
+ Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
+ Proactive, results-driven, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Minimum of **5 years’ experience** in recruitment within an industrial or manufacturing environment and must have a proven track record in **mass hiring** for blue-collar roles.
+ Proficiency in **ATS platforms** for candidate tracking and reporting.
+ Experience in **local sourcing channels** including HRDF, job fairs, and partnerships with technical institutes.
+ Ability to analyze labor market trends and provide actionable insights.
