In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters, drive full cycle recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our business goals and culture. You’ll act as a key partner to business leaders, providing market insights, optimizing hiring processes, and building a strong employer brand in the region. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management. + Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies. + Drive full-cycle recruitment for critical roles, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. + Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency. + Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and hard-to-fill positions. + Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms. + Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in Mexico. + Ensure recruitment processes comply with all local labor laws and internal policies. + Lead diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruiting practices. + Collaborate with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology. **Basic Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role. + Proven experience hiring across a variety of functions (e.g., commercial, tech, operations). + Strong knowledge of the talent market in Mexico and regional hiring trends. + Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics. + Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills. + Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish and English is required. + Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed environment is a plus. **We offer** + Competitive salary + Industry Competitive Benefits + Comprehensive health and life insurance + Career Development and Growth + And more, designed to support both your personal and professional life ***If you are interested, please send your resume in English** **Equal Employment Opportunity** CompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.
