Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Working with HODs to define recruitment requirements for each vacancy. Search for suitable candidates for job vacancies based on approved HC budget and advise the most cost-effective way to recruit. Responsible for screening, interviewing (scheduling), reference checking, offering letter and following up from joining to probation end. Computerize all candidates’ data into personnel management system for ease of keeping track. Employer Branding activities via Career Website onboarding, social media engagment, internal branding initiatives ... Ensure that all new recruits have complete and legitimate personal documents in accordance with the law and the Company policy. Training: Support Recruitment & Training Manager in building up an annual training schedule based on TNA (Training Needs Analysis) Conduct Welcoming procedure & Orientation Training for newcomers. Responsible for composing/revising/updating Internal Training Materials like Orientation Training, Soft skill trainings… To oversee identifying BV training demands to look for suitable outsourcing services providers. Monitor COE completion of BV staff in line with timeline of BV policy. Responsible for monitoring all training courses of Depts are under training budget and issuing the training contract, if any. Responsible for updating all courses in Mylearning.3. Other duties:
Assist HR Dept. in implementing HR programs, policies, etc. and ensure compliance with internal procedures and VN law. Together with HR team and Marketing to organize the staff events such as Company Trip, Staff Meeting, Family Day, and Year-End Party … Perform other duties as requested by Recruitment & Training Manager. Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Graduated from university, majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. At least 3-year experience in recruitment and training function Have good relationships with government bodies, and recruitment agencies Good knowledge of VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules Good command in writing and speaking English Trustworthy, high integrity Courtesy and respect individual Committed to constant learning and improvement Good knowledge of VN Labor Code as well as other labor rules
