Talent Aquisition Administrator with German and English
The Talent Acquisition Administrator’s role is to support and streamline our recruitment processes. Managing a variety of administrative tasks—from scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks to updating requisitions and supporting onboarding activities will all be included into the day-to-day activities of the position. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization will be key for the success of the role.
QualificationsResponsibilities:
Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels across multiple time zonesCoordinate logistical details such as meeting links, room bookings, and travel arrangements when necessaryCommunicate interview details to candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the processReference Checks & Candidate CommunicationConduct and track reference checks, gathering feedback and documenting results in a timely mannerMaintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and the next stepsCreate, update, and close requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or relevant HR systemsMonitor candidate pipelines and ensure statuses are accurately reflected for each open positionAssist in posting job openings on various platforms, maintaining consistency and brand standardsCoordinate pre-boarding activities such as sending offer letters, collecting required documents, and scheduling orientationCollaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure new hires have a smooth transition and receive necessary resourcesWork closely with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize the recruitment workflow and address any bottlenecksRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)Level of German - B2 and English - B11-3 years of experience in a talent acquisition, HR, or administrative support roleFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HRIS platformsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managersStrong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesAdditional InformationWhat we offer:
