The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Talent and Onboarding Specialist role will make an impact:
Ensure accuracy and timely processing on all transactional activities owned by Talent Administration
Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) as well as monitor other incoming emails from HR stakeholders
Perform testing and implementation of new processes within the Talent Administration area
Support stakeholders with interview scheduling across Europe
Perform pre-employment checks that can include, but are not limited to background checks, debarment checks, drug tests and reference checks
Drive and administer pre-onboarding activities such as sending out New Hire Notices to the business, as well as Welcome Packets, Offers, Contracts to candidates
Create and maintain Personnel Files, as well as maintain local employment eligibility documentation
Support local activities such as requisition creation/role posting, audits, reports, interview scheduling etc. as required
Engage and educate colleagues, customers and peers with the Talent Administration processes and Service Center concept
Prepare recruitment related reports for the European operation
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 1-2 years’ experience in HR, Talent Administration or any multinational background
Must possess a strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of management and external vendors via multiple sources such as telephone, email, etc.
Must possess advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents
Flexible & adaptable to change
Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading, and writing in English and Hungarian - any other European language is an advantage
