Responsibilities\n

The APAC Talent & Learning Development Specialist will support the end to end management, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent strategies across 13 countries. This role includes managing regional talent pools, Next Gen Talent programs, and collaborating with regional and country Centers of Excellence (COEs). The Specialist ensures alignment with regional Talent strategy and serves as a subject matter expert and ambassador for talent development in the APAC region.

APAC Talent Development Strategy Execution:

\n\nManage engagement and development of APAC Talent Pools and Next Gen Talent (including Graduates /Scholarship programs in Singapore).\nEnd to end management and delivery of the Next-Gen Talent strategy: attraction campaigns, assessments, selection, and development.\nSupport deployment of global/regional talent initiatives - Internal Talent Mobility & growth platforms for APAC.\nCollaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent practices and identify talent gaps.\nCoordinate leadership development programs and learning interventions.\nCreate communication materials for HR initiatives / internal communication platforms\nCollaborate between Global, regional and country Subject Matter experts to bring best practices to our APAC region\n\n

Talent Analytics & Reporting:

\n\nManage and maintain talent pool data and dashboards (Power BI).\nAnalyze trends to inform engagement and development strategies.\nPrepare reports and presentations on talent metrics and outcomes.\nAdvise on learning interventions aligned with future skills / workforce needs.\n\n

Budget & Vendor Management:

\n\nManage the regional talent development budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking.\nCoordinate cross-charging to countries for shared programs and platforms.\nOversee vendor selection, contracting, and payment processes.\n\n

Project Management & Digital platform skills:

\n\nSupport talent-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.\nManage APAC talent platforms and knowledge hubs.\nTrain/ Learn & support country teams on digital tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Slido, Canva, VEED, EasyGenerator).\n\n

Stakeholder Management:

\n\nWork effectively across cultures / functions to build strong relationships and gain support from key stakeholders to successfully drive major initiatives.\nBuild strong and effective working relationships with APAC country HR teams\nManage a virtual community regionally and in country to achieve targets\n\n

 

\nRequirements\n1-3 years of relevant experience (Talent Management / Learning & Development / Employee Engagement / HR Generalist)\nProficient in Power BI & data management skills\nDemonstrates strong video editing skills to create engaging digital content for key HR interventions.\nPreferred skills - Adept in using digital platforms like Canva, Slido, Veed, Easy Generator or similar other tools.\n\n
