Job Description Your Tasks:
Representing the Director of Talent & Culture Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the hotel's business objectives.Responsible for recruitment, onboarding and talent development to attract and retain top talent.Drive employee retention through innovative recognition, communication and wellbeing programsEnsure compliance with labor laws, regulations and hotel policies.Undertake preparatory payrollPromote a culture of excellence, inclusivity and teamwork across all departments.Team leadership and development within the T&C team
Your Profile:
Erfahrung im HR-Bereich, idealerweise in der Luxushotellerie.Erfahrung mit Lohnverrechnungsaufgaben von VorteilAusgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten.Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in bewährten HR-Praktiken.Proaktive und lösungsorientierte Denkweise mit einer Leidenschaft für Menschen und Unternehmenskultur.
