Here, your voice and ideas matter, your work makes an impact, and together, you will help us define the future of American Express. **How will you make an impact in this role?** The individual will lead the team of Talent Acquisition Partner Associates for Mexico that support the Class-Based Hiring, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. They will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality, will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand. Here is just some of what you will do in this role: * Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partner Associates that support Recruitment activities including, but not limited to, screening, assessment, interview, and offer process activities for the regional/functional segment. * Ensure adequate staffing to meet changing business demands * Ability to build and sustain trust while leveraging partnerships at all levels * Understand the internal stakeholders’ needs and delivering value by creating right the solutions for them * Provide support, guidance and leadership to the team * Provide best in class candidate and colleague experience through the recruitment life cycle * Leverage data analytics to drive the recruiting strategy, planning and process; address and solve any data integrity, compliance, and reporting issues, and provide insight and commentary on local and functional labor markets * Lead all compliance reviews as determined by the risk assessments and audits including planning, control testing, evaluation and reporting for all activities associated with recruitment * Set clear objective goals and deliverables and conduct formal monthly performance review sessions with their team * Process Excellence – ability to question the existing process and identify opportunities for process improvement. * Partner with Recruitment Operations Post-offer team and cross-functional CEG/ Compliance/ GCO teams to ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulatory agency requirements. * Partners across Talent Acquisition & Onboarding to ensure alignment and delivery for cross-functional initiatives and successful day-to-day recruitment delivery **Minimum Qualifications** + Graduate/ Postgraduate + Unique career journey shaped by your talent and curiosity. + Fully bilingual in English. + 5 years of overall work experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Recruitment/HR. + Proficient with Excel & Power point. + Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced global delivery environment + Ability to collaborate and build partnerships–within the team and with stakeholders, provide resolution and support to colleagues, business stakeholders and candidates. **Skills Required** + Being responsive and communicate clearly and transparently. + Demonstrate high level of accountability and ownership + Ability to multitask in high pressure environment + Be proactive, planned and organized in your work approach to deliver without reminders. + Be flexible and boundary less: willing to take up newer projects, additional role & responsibilities as the situation may demand + Demonstrate effective conflict management skills to ensure win-win for everyone + Confidence interacting with leadership at all levels; negotiating and influencing to build consensus. + Ability to handle confidential information + Excellent verbal, written and timely follow through communications skills.
