Ecolab’s Talent Acquisition Team Lead will be responsible for building, developing and motivating a team of talented and high-performing talent acquisition specialists. The team will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role will be responsible for helping Ecolab stand out as a top employer by creating world-class candidate experience.
This role will be Responsible for:
· Supervise and Monitor associates work production
· Identify opportunities to improve repetitive processes to enhance productivity and reduce errors
· Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals.
· Plan & manage end to end activities and events that are non-campus recruiting related.
· Provide post-offer candidate support by being available to address questions and concerns.
· Provides specialized Tier 3 support to dedicated teams, functions, and local market.
This role will be Accountable for:
· Ensuring team members work with accuracy.
· Ensure consistent candidate experiences and hiring best practices.
· Prepare collection of new hire resources for managers and new joiners.
· Assess effectiveness of end-to-end activities and tools to support positive candidate experience.
· Seek new hire feedback to help determine effectiveness of program and improvement.
· Provide metrics and data to support programs and strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
· 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
· Proven experience in developing and executing global talent acquisition strategies
· Strong understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools
· Proficiency in using talent acquisition technologies and platforms
· Experience working in a global organization and managing cross-cultural teams
Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
· Empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a positive candidate experience
