Description We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing healthcare team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting top clinical talent while contributing to the overall success of the organization. This opportunity offers a mix of remote and on-site work, allowing flexibility and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities: • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality healthcare professionals. • Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals. • Manage applicant tracking systems and other hiring tools to optimize recruitment workflows. • Conduct background checks and reference verification to ensure compliance and quality hires. • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to strengthen the recruitment pipeline. • Utilize platforms like CareerBuilder and Avature to identify and engage potential candidates. • Facilitate virtual interviews and meetings using tools such as Cisco Webex. • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring processes. • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry. • Proven ability to manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools effectively. • Familiarity with platforms such as ADP, Avature, and CareerBuilder. • Strong background in conducting background checks and ensuring hiring compliance. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. • Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to guide and motivate a team. • Proficiency in virtual meeting tools like Cisco Webex. • Knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends and best practices.
