Talent Attraction Coordinator with English (Hybrid - Kawasaki, Japan & Remote)12mth contract with possibility to extend

Role Purpose:

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator, you will provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the recruitment process. Working closely with Talent Attraction (TA) Partners, Hiring Managers, and candidates, you will help ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

The key responsibilities including below but not limited to:

Interview Scheduling (30%): Coordinate and manage interview scheduling for both professional and graduate hiring, ensuring a smooth process for TA Partners and candidates. Agency Administration (20%): Manage agency-related administration, including contract lifecycle management and invoice processing, to ensure timely and accurate payments for agency-placed roles. Graduate Hiring & Employer Branding Support (20%): Provide administrative support for graduate recruitment projects and assist in employer branding initiatives Pre-Onboarding Activities (10%): Support pre-onboarding processes to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, including document collection and filing. ATS & System Maintenance (10%): Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (e.g., SuccessFactors, Job Suite) to ensure accurate recruitment data and reporting. Other Duties (10%): Perform additional tasks as required in line with TA operational needs

You bring 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, ideally in Human Resources and you are work proficiency in English, which is a must as your manager is international. Your communication skills are excellent, as you will also partner with Hiring Managers. You have the passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player. You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. You are motivated and eager to take the initiative working independently as well as in a team. You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. Outlook), calendar management and experienced with an Applicant Tracking System (e.g. SuccessFactors).
