As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an important role in providing consistent, centralized support to the recruitment team that leads the full cycle recruiting process for salaried professional roles for all AutoSol sites throughout the US. In this role, you will ensure data integrity of our applicant tracking system and support an excellent candidate and new hire experience. We are looking for a strong Coordinator to support our US and Canadian recruiting. This role is based in our Center of Excellence in Costa Rica!
AS A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:
Collaborate with TA Partners (recruiters), hiring managers, and HR Partners to ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the TA process. Support a fast-paced team by coordinating complex interview scheduling needs for internal and external roles located at multiple sites. This includes coordinating interviews via phone, video, and on-site. Be a proactive and resourceful problem solver with excellent attention to detail who can work through coordinating conflicting schedules and trade-offs. Assist HR and TA Partners with the offer process in Oracle Recruit Cloud Initiate and facilitate the candidate’s pre-employment checks to include background Manage the pre-boarding process in Oracle Recruit Cloud Recruit including guiding candidates through tasks and coordinating start date with the hiring manager and local HR Close out requisitions

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Fluent in Portuguese (C1) Bachelor’s degree or currently studying in business administration or any related field A Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition Ability to work with Brazil market, prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment. Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the keen ability to develop rapport with others Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
