Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead our recruitment efforts and support our growing organization. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle, manage executive-level searches, and coach a team of recruiters. You will collaborate closely with department leaders to develop and execute hiring strategies that align with our business objectives and culture.This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for talent acquisition and team development to make a measurable impact. Responsibilities:Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of positions across departments and organizational levelsPartner with hiring managers to define job requirements, team needs, and recruitment timelinesDesign and implement sourcing strategies to attract high-quality, diverse talentSupervise, mentor, and support a team of Talent Acquisition SpecialistsOversee and execute executive-level recruitment while maintaining strong relationships with senior leadershipRepresent the company at job fairs, campus events, and community hiring initiatives Qualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare industryDemonstrated experience leading and developing recruitment teamsDeep knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, talent sourcing methods, and market trendsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build partnershipcross the organizationExceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and recruitment analytics toolsBenefits and Perks:$40 to 45/hourMedical BenefitsTraining & Growth Your Career Partner: The Reserves Network, a veteran-founded and family-owned company, specializes in connecting exceptional talent with rewarding opportunities.
