**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies in partnership with recruitment marketing to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
+ Utilize the ATS, social media, job boards, and professional networks to proactively identify and engage potential hires.
+ Implement a structured, multi-touch outreach cadence to maximize candidate response and engagement.
+ Manage job requisitions, ensuring all sourcing activities align with business hiring needs and priorities.
+ Maintain a strong candidate pipeline, fostering relationships for future hiring needs.
+ Track and analyze key sourcing metrics, including conversion rates from initial contact to phone screen, interview, offer, and hire.
+ Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining high-speed execution of sourcing efforts.
+ Screen leads/candidates for qualifications
+ Schedule phone / virtual interviews for TAM
**Requirements & Skills:**
+ Proven ability to execute high-volume, high-touch candidate outreach with a sales-driven mindset.
+ Strong proficiency in ATS platforms and candidatesourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and CRM tools.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, ensuring accurate documentation of candidate interactions and outreach metrics.
+ Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal partners while maintaining a results-driven focus.
+ Strong problem-solving abilities, creativity, in sourcing strategies, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
+ Acute understanding of the business, industry, andAspen Dental's value proposition to effectively attract top talent.
**Education & Experience**
+ Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
+ Job Related/Industry Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in high-volume sourcing and recruitment; managing applicant flow in ATS.
+ Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong computer skills.
