We are looking for Talent Acquisition Sr Partner Production to join our team at Bobcat. AsTalent Acquisition Sr. Partner Production at Bobcat, you’ll play a key role in our community. The Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner Production is responsible for leading recruitment activities for Production. This role involves developing recruitment strategies, interviewing, and selecting candidates and manages the recruitment budget. We’re looking for someone who: + Develop, implement and execute recruitment strategies for the production positions. + Searching for potential candidates through various channels such as social media, job portals, and agencies. + Lead and oversee the entire selection process for productions positions from A to Z. + Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. + Own the relationship and close cooperation with temp and recruitment agencies that support staffing for production. + Manage reporting of working time and check invoices for agency workers. What sets you apart: + 5-7 years of experience in recruitment of BC, ideally with a focus from production. + Familiarity with labor law legislation and knowledge of processes related to hiring foreign candidates. + Advanced proficiency in both Czech and English languages. + Ability to handle challenging or conflict situations. + Strong organizational and project management skills, can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
