9+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with hands-on expertise in direct sourcing and Team management. Lead and mentor a team ,ensuring proactive sourcing and timely delivery of quality profiles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools – LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc. Build and maintain pipelines for niche, high-demand, and hard-to-fill roles through referral networks and passive sourcing. Collaborate closely with TA Partners to forecast needs and align sourcing strategies. Monitor team productivity and maintain sourcing trackers, dashboards, and performance metrics. Ensure process compliance, data quality, and high visibility of the referral program across business units. Familiarity with hiring for niche technology stacks or high-volume roles. Understanding of sourcing metrics and recruitment analytics.
