Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree; Recruitment Expertise: 3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency setting, with a solid understanding of talent assessment methodologies and best practices; Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Experience with recruitment marketing and social media sourcing is a plus; Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and market data to make informed hiring decisions; Exceptional Communication & Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams; Strong Organizational & Time-Management Skills: Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment; Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find creative solutions; Global & Cultural Awareness: Experience working in multinational environments or global teams is highly desirable; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in French and English.
