In this role, you will collaborate with a team of peers, focusing on candidate sourcing and placement, process optimization, and strategic development. You will foster a collaborative team environment and ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality recruitment services to all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, and experienced in setting benchmarks and metrics to meet customer needs. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR, you will provide valuable insights into industry trends and maintain a strong understanding of the evolving talent landscape. Using data and market intelligence, you will develop and execute creative strategies to attract top-tier talent. **Main Responsibilities** + Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with long-term business growth. + Design and improve standard operating procedures to drive continuous improvement within the team. + Source and engage passive candidates, assessing their skills and fit for open roles. + Conduct interviews and present qualified candidate slates within consistent and timely frameworks. + Partner closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce planning needs. + Influence and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. + Serve as the primary contact for university relations, student organizations, and volunteer recruiters for college hiring initiatives. + Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice through digital campaigns, social media, events, and partnerships. **What Skills You Need** + Work on attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and appointing suitable candidates for mid-level jobs (either permanent or temporary) within an organization. Ensure the hiring and onboarding of new employees to the organization. + Develop and maintain a candidate pipeline for hard-to-fill specialist and management roles, developing a variety of talent attraction and engagement processes and tools. + Contribute to the creation of recruitment campaigns; identify the characteristics of key candidate target groups; propose channel and media selections and messaging content; design events; draft communications content and agency briefings. + Carry out online research and telephone interviews and review submitted portfolios of work to validate applications for specialist roles and to screen out those that do not meet key criteria. + Respond to more advanced issue escalations promptly and appropriately; provide managerial approvals as required. + Develop and implement a customer contact plan to communicate product launches and engage the customers in relevant sales campaigns. Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints and resolve them, referring complex issues to others and ensuring that the customer receives an appropriate response. + Contribute to the creation of assessment centers; tailor preexisting assessment exercises; draft new content as directed; draft documentation; train assessors to engage candidates, record assessment observations, and provide appropriate feedback to line management. + Contribute to the creation of future talent recruitment campaigns; review and analyze external research on values and aspirations of graduates/school leavers; research and analyze recruitment channels (including career fairs) for graduates/school leavers; draft communications and events content. + Liaise with hiring managers to review role profiles and to ensure that role responsibilities and candidate specifications are up-to-date and relevant; develop candidate and recruitment agency briefings to attract high-quality candidates. **What Makes You Stand Out** + Experience using data and analytics to inform recruitment strategy. + Background in corporate or agency recruiting, including sourcing and full-cycle recruitment. + Knowledge of communication planning and performance measurement techniques. + Understanding of business operations and organizational structures. + Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience engaging diverse talent pools. + Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate talent trends and propose innovative solutions. **Education and Basic Qualification** + Bachelor’s degree. + Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple recruitment projects and client relationships. + Fluency in Spanish and English. + Strong understanding of the labor market and ability to communicate insights to the business. **This position will be posted for a minimum of 10 business days and unposted when a qualified pool of candidates is achieved.** **Candidates must have the necessary work permits to work in the country.**
