Our immediate need is for a Talent Specialist III. What you need to know Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience. Qualifications Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist III: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and five full years of full cycle recruiting experience. Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist I: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and one full year of HR related experience. Minimum qualifications for a Talent Specialist II: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and three full years of full cycle recruiting experience. * Compensation and classification is based on the analyses of the above qualifications during the recruitment process. ​Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications. + Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information. + Excellent customer service orientation. + Attention to detail. + Knowledge of state and federal policy in recruiting, hiring and employment. + Track record of personal accountability, integrity, and proven organizational skills. + Strong written communication, analytical, interpersonal, customer service skills. + Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Preferred Qualifications: + Working knowledge of HR systems including Workday or other HCM application, background investigation and credential verification. + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or similar field of study. + More than one year of experience of recruiting, screening, interviewing, and hiring activities. + Experience coordinating recruiting activities through HR representatives in the field.
