**About The Role**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Spacialist, based in Milan or in Rome, that will be responsible for the recruitment of our Technicians.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Provide sourcing, screening and selection recommendation support for the job openings dedicated to Technicians’ workforce.
+ Act as first point of contact for key stakeholders in the recruitment process – i.e., candidates, hiring managers, HR colleagues and provide advice on recruitment processes and procedures
+ Provide advice and expertise to assist Hiring Managers in being equipped to hire the best candidates in an efficient, compliant and cost-effective manner
+ Source candidates through various recruiting channels with a focus on diverse internal and direct hiring, including writing advertisements
+ Track positions in Applicant Tracking System, advertise positions, CV and telephone screening and supplying suitable candidates to hiring managers
+ Ensure compliance and candidate experience through guiding hiring managers in the areas of interview process and protocol, selection and feedback
+ Ensure that all candidates, internal and external, receive full feedback and unquestionable communication at all stages in the process.
+ Support and involvement in resourcing related projects, working within a team environment in a matrixed organization across various geographies.
**What You’ll Need**
+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment tech roles in a large complex organization in a fast-paced environment required.
+ Good understanding of recruitment processes and procedures, recruitment channels and candidate sourcing. Knowledge of ATS beneficial
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
+ Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is a requirement
