WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
+ Manage the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of stakeholders including leading launch sessions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
+ Identify, develop, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for filling roles
+ Identify and build proactive relationships to develop talent pipelines
+ Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the process, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws
+ Promote the nVent brand to build and maintain the reputation as a destination of choice for top talent
+ Support Talent Acquisition and Human Resources driven strategic initiatives, as assigned
YOU HAVE:
+ Academic background in business, human resources or related field preferred
+ 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
+ Verbal and written fluency in both Romanian & English is required
+ Ability to influence a variety of stakeholders while driving business results
+ Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills
+ Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
+ Accurate - With an eye for detail, you achieve thoroughness and accuracy in your activities;
+ Ambitious - You may be just starting out, but you know you have the potential to grow and the desire to realize your potential;
+ Analytical - Having the ability to interpret complex data, you can also translate this into meaningful, useful information that informs decision-making;
