**We are searching for the best talent for** **Talent Sourcing Specialist in Brazil.**
Talent Acquisition specialist focus on build processes, actions and partnerships for inclusive practices to enhance the organization's ability to attract, hire, and retain talents. This is a transition role that involves analyzing recruitment metrics, fostering partnerships with external organizations and internal stakeholders to drive initiatives that promote inclusion throughout the hiring process on cluster level – Brazil.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Build and maintain relationships with inclusive sourcing organizations, colleges, universities and community groups.
+ Identify and engage potential partners that can supply a diverse range of candidates to ensure a wide selection of talent.
+ Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to diversity in the workforce and identify areas for improvement within the recruitment process.
+ Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the organization's culture and sense of belonging as also training and tools guidance to foster best practices and upskilling hiring teams.
+ Continuously iterate on strategies and processes to foster diversity outcomes based on data-driven insights and pipeline opportunities.
+ Analyze talent acquisition metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of belonging recruitment strategies.
+ Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate insights and progress towards.
**Qualifications**
+ Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required. Portuguese & Spanish is preferred.
+ Experience: At least 4 years of experience in recruitment.
+ Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, and organizational skills, along with strong analytical abilities to translate data into actionable insights.
+ Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
