In this role you will serve as a strategic recruiter supporting diverse client groups across Europe.
The position is responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment efforts, from market analysis and sourcing strategy development to candidate engagement and offer negotiation.
You have the opportunity to partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and sourcing specialists to attract top talent. Leveraging advanced recruiting tools and market insights and ensure a seamless candidate experience and contribute to continuous improvement in recruitment processes.

What You Will Do:
Serve as a key Recruiter supporting multiple client groups across a wide range of functions,including technical roles (e.g., engineering, IT), production roles in plant/manufacturing
environments, and corporate functions (e.g., finance, marketing, HR) across Europe.Advise the business on talent availability in the market and create sourcing strategies based on external market data.Pro-actively identify qualified candidates through multiple sources, including employee referrals, social networking sites, alumni, internal transfers, networking, etc.Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement plans for sourcing and recruiting strategies.Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR business partners, TA lead and other stakeholders as appropriate on pipeline development and progress of candidates.Manage candidates through the entire interview and hiring process, from assessing candidate qualifications to negotiating offers and managing pre-employment requirements and onboarding.Develops compelling and inspirational messages to tell the HARMAN talent story.Master the use of recruiting tools and technologies (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, etc.) to remain at the forefront of talent attraction.Integrate HARMAN’s brand strategy into all recruitment activities.Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview documentation and data in applicant tracking system (Workday & Avature).Share competitive market intelligence with hiring managers and recruiting team.Recommend and implement improvements to recruitment processes.Participate in recruiting projects as needed
What You Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.At least 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience; Corporate recruiting experience preferred.Strong customer focus and effective use of consultative approach with internal clients.Experience managing the recruitment process via an Applicant Tracking System.Core knowledge of recruitment/hiring laws and practices.Ability to quickly gain in-depth knowledge of HARMAN’s recruitment policies, processes and protocols.Bonus Points if You Have:
Ability and flexibility to recruit across a variety of functional roles in different markets across Europe.Understanding of Workday and Avature.What Makes You Eligible:
Fluency in both Hungarian and English is required to effectively communicate with local and international teams.Be willing to work (hybrid) in our Budapest, Székesfehérvár or Pecs, office locations.You are willing to travel, if necessary, locally 5%.Due to the nature of global infrastructure, you understand that flexibility in working hours is required.What We Offer:
