Responsibilities:

Recruit, screen, and onboard Personal Care AidesTravel regularly between Binghamton and Syracuse locations to represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach effortsBuild and maintain candidate pipelines through outreach and referral programsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with employment regulationsPartner with supervisors on employee relations and performance mattersSupport return-to-work processes, trainings, and HR administrative tasks Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldOR2+ years of recruitment or HR experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesExperience with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systemsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentialityValid driver's license, auto insurance, and private reliable transportationWillingness to travel between office locations and events

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in HR or related field OR 2+ years in HR/recruitingStrong interpersonal, organizational & communication skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office & HRIS systemsValid driver’s license, auto insurance & private reliable transportation
