Role summary:
In this role you will be supporting with attracting the very best talent to our Nordic market. This means handling activate candidates as well as sourcing passive ones. You will conduct pre-screening calls, administer assessments and handle all system administration when it comes to interview and offer stages. You will build solid relationships with the hiring managers and make sure we adhere to our global recruitment processes. You will also actively contribute to Employer Branding and onboarding activities.
Main responsibilities:
Support on key TA activities, such as CV screening, phone interviews, assessments, communication with candidates and hiring managers, candidate analytics, new hire lists, etc. Provide sourcing, assessment and market expertise to the hiring managers while achieving recruitment target metrics such as Time to Fill/Hire, Candidate & Hiring Manager Satisfaction Survey (NPS) and system data accuracy.Perform necessary external research using diverse channels to source / identify prospective candidates and minimize agency spending. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders including hiring managers, People & Culture Managers (HR Managers) and TA Operations in order to deliver outstanding candidate & employee experience ensuring process efficiencies Help build talent attraction campaigns and grow our employer brand through various activities on and offlineWork on multiple systems to collect data and compose statistics to assess progress against TA KPI´s and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.Support across TA related projects where applicable.
Who you are
University degree in HR, Sociology or similar education At least 3 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, either in-house or agency, preferably in multinational environmentCommitment to exceptional candidate experience, interviewing and assessment and direct sourcing expertise, including use of various channels and methods Proficiency in English and Swedish is a requirement Excellent communication skills and ability to easily establish and maintain relations with key stakeholders Curiosity & passion about modern talent acquisition and employer branding trends with strong work ethic and motivation to learnHave strong digital literacy and able to work with data
