In this role, you'll primarily focus on recruitment for our KONE Business Services (KBS) unit in Bratislava, while also supporting Front Line hiring activities across other EEM locations. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions that align with KONE’s business goals and enhance our employer brand.

What You’ll Do:

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a variety of positionsIdentify and apply the best sourcing strategies and toolsDevelop and implement employer branding initiativesPartner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journeyBuild talent pools for future hiring needs and critical rolesLeverage recruitment tools like Workday, Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social mediaCooperate with universities and support internship and trainee programsDrive continuous improvement through participation in TA projects and initiatives

Your Profile:

Experience in sourcing and screening candidates; end-to-end recruitment is a strong plusStrong command of English and Slovak (spoken and written)Additional language skills (e.g., Greek, Romanian) are an assetSolid analytical skills and the ability to make data-informed decisionsProficiency with recruitment technologies and platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, independent, and customer-focused approachPrevious experience in SSC/BPO recruitment or collaboration with educational institutions is a plus
