We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our Human Resources team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a range of roles across the organization Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop role profiles, and create compelling job descriptions Source and engage candidates through various channels Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and assess candidate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication Use current recruitment systems such as Pnet, Linkedin to source candidates Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures Build and manage a good talent pipeline of candidates for Market Area Africa Contribute to building an employer brand that attracts top-tier talent
WHO YOU ARE
Matric (Grade 12) A tertiary qualification would be advantageous 3 to 5 years’ experience in the Mining / Engineering / Construction Industry would be an added advantage Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.) A team player with a passion for supporting others and achieving company goals A positive, can-do attitude and a drive for excellence
HARD AND SOFT SKILLS THAT ARE ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE
Knowledge of Metso capital equipment products is a plus A high degree of precision and attention to detail Highly organized and able to multitask and prioritize various activities to ensure timely and accurate compliance with schedule and budget requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with visitors, co-workers and management Highly motivated with the ability to work under stress and meet tight deadlines Able to travel occasionally, both domestic and international, 30%
