We are looking for a Generalist Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about the candidate and hiring manager experience.
You will be partnering with HRBP's and hiring leaders from across the business to achieve hiring objectives.
You’ll own full-cycle recruitment for assigned client groups and will have accountability from profiling through to offer delivery and negotiation up to Director level
You’ll need strong organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to influence, guide and direct
You’ll be working remotely so you’ll need to be self motivated and happy to be autonomous reporting to a US based line manager, you'll work alongside a UK based recruiter to deliver a high touch and pro active talent acquisition function for all business units across EMEA and APAC
Roles will vary from agriculture focused positions as well as consulting, finance, marketing, sales, legal and admin support roles
You Will Meet regularly with the HR Business Partners and Managers to gain a full-scale understanding of hiring needs.Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.Conduct candidate sourcing directly via social media and other internal and external toolsReview resumes, applications and profiles against job requirements and create a shortlist for interview or review by a hiring leaderConduct initial phone screen / e-screens and participate in formal interviewsCreate and manage a positive candidate experience throughout the processDevelop, negotiate, and deliver offers to internal and external candidates in partnership with HR and Hiring ManagerFacilitate pre-interview and post interview meetings with hiring team, guiding them to select right candidates.Build strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholdersHelp managers reconcile differences between ideal and practical staffing needs, and prioritize requirements based on business need.Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practicesHighly collaborative, truly valuing a “one team” dynamic.Continuously develop knowledge of competitors, market intelligence and trends in recruitmentMaintain applicant tracking systemPosition may require work responsibilities outside of normal business hours.Performs other projects and responsibilities as assigned. RequirementsBasic Qualifications: (required)
3+ years of full cycle recruitment experienceExcellent pro-active communicationDirect candidate sourcing experience through multiple channels including, but not limited to social media networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+.), market research, personal networking, career fairs/events, job boardsTech savvy and a desire to include AI in your workstreamsProven ability to work with and maintain confidential or sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
Staffing agency experienceAbility to speak a European language on top of English
An agricultural background is not necessary for this role, however an interest in our industry may be beneficial
