In this Talent Acquisition role based in Mexico City, you will be a part of our high-performing North America TA team providing recruiting support and requisition management. You will be a Talent Acquisition Specialist for our Commercial function based in the US, working collaboratively with hiring managers and their HR Business Partners to understand their talent needs and hiring priorities. You will be a talent advisor, helping your hiring teams through the end-to-end process, while ensuring an engaging and smooth experience for your candidates. **What you will do:** + Manage recruiting work within Success Factors for our internal clients by assessing, reviewing, and managing candidates through the interview process. + Work collaboratively with HR and functional leaders to understand their talent needs. + Collaborate with the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology. + Communicate measurable success metrics and business trends to the right audience. + Participate in annual TA project work, technology reviews and implementations. + Develop relationships with TA peers and collaborate on process improvements. **What do you need:** + Bachelor's Degree + English Proficiency + 3+ years of total work experience with prior Talent Acquisition experience within another large global company and/or agency environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Prior TA experience within the Consumer Products Industry + Prior TA experience recruiting for the United States + Prior TA experience supporting searches within the sales and marketing + Ability to understand and analyze data + Strong written and oral communication skills + Strong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environment **Our Commitment to Inclusion** Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
