The Talent Acquisition Specialist, University Relations plays a key role in our company’s Future Talent Program and reports into the Associate Director, University Relations. The ideal candidate would have a strong talent acquisition and university recruiting focus, the ability to handle competing priorities, and the capability to build and maintain integral client relationships both internally and externally.
**Key activities will include:**
+ Owning the entirety of the future talent recruiting and selection process, from requisition creation through offer acceptance and onboarding for the assigned client group(s).
+ Interfacing directly with internal stakeholders and client groups to advise on strategy, best practices, and benchmarking the external market in consultation with the Senior Specialist.
+ Liaising with assigned campus partners, career services offices, student organizations, other key external stakeholders and partners.
+ Working in close partnership with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and divisional business leaders to align strategic priorities and ensure the company is well-positioned.
+ Attending campus recruitment events and conferences.
+ Supporting department-wide initiatives, projects, and efforts.
**Required Experience:**
+ A minimum of a high school diploma or GED with 3-4 years of experience in a talent acquisition function or a bachelors degree with 1-2 years in a talent acquisition function.
+ Excellent written & verbal communication, relationship building, multi-tasking and presentation skills, and attention to detail.
+ Previous applicant tracking experience (Workday preferred).
+ Strong skills with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
+ Ability to travel up to 35% during peak times (contingent on health & safety protocols).
**Preferred Experience:**
+ Prior candidate relationship management (CRM) experience (PhenomPeople preferred).
+ Campus recruiting preferred.
+ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry or research & development.
+ Previous university relations experience.

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**
