As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies while leveraging cutting-edge recruiting tools, including artificial intelligence and candidate management systems. We will count on you to:
Partner with our TA Consultants and hiring managers to build and execute an effective sourcing strategyIdentify and engage prospects to introduce MMC companies, qualifying core skills and interests for opportunitiesUtilize and help drive the use of sourcing tools such as Phenom and LinkedIn RecruiterMonitor firm-wide social media feeds, forums, talent networks, and groups to identify trends and opportunities in our employer brand while creating your own brandResearch and creatively source talent via social media and non-traditional channels, as well as our applicant tracking database, diversity sites, networking sites, and user groupsLead weekly Sourcing Office Hours for TACs to address sourcing challenges, needs, and questionsWhat you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related fieldProficiency in Phenom or other systems with a desire to learn moreStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneouslyA desire to learn about multiple lines of our businessWhat makes you stand out:
