We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team.  The team support Marsh McLennan’s LAC businesses and are part of a global function of recruiting professionals.  We are building our proactive sourcing capability and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to use best-in-class systems to source talent for a market-leading organization that is passionate about investing in both its clients and employees.

We will count on you to:

Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to understand future recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategiesUtilise various sourcing channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks and referrals to engage with potential candidatesBuild and maintain a diverse pipeline of engaged candidates for current and future vacanciesConduct thorough screening of candidates to understand their ambitions and match them to current and future requirements

What you need to have:

BA (any field including IT), Psychology or PedagogyAt least 3 years of relevant work experience leading as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer throughout all levels in the organizationThorough understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniquesKnowledge of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterExcellent communication skillsExceptional analytical and proactive skillsExperience and Interest in partening with internal stakeholdersAbility to prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitudeStrong ability to communicate effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Spanish

What makes you stand out:

Experience of using Phenom would be advantageous but is not essentialRecruitment experience gained from within the Insurance market, Professional Services or Consulting
