Talent Acquisition Sourcer

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will collaborate with Talent Acquisition Consultants and hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies. You will leverage various sourcing tools and monitor social media to enhance our employer brand.

This role will be based in Houston, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Partner with TA Consultants and hiring managers to develop and execute effective sourcing strategiesDrive the utilization of sourcing tools such as Phenom and LinkedInMonitor firm-wide social media feeds, forums, talent networks, and groups to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing our employer brandResearch and creatively source talent through social media, non-traditional channels, our applicant tracking database, job boards, networking sites, and user groupsConduct outreach to prospects to assess core skills and interestsAssist in creating, organizing, and analyzing data with SWAT sourcing groups, focusing on diversity and organizational directories

What you need to have: 

Bachelor’s degree2+ years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levelsExceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

Data-driven and analytical, with a keen attention to detailPrior experience in talent acquisition and/or implementing sourcing strategiesFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Candidate Relationship Management platforms; knowledge of Phenom, LinkedIn, and/or Workday is a plusStrong reporting and technical aptitudeAbility to see the big picture, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address them
