What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (all genders) for Experienced Hires, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for BCG. With a passion for recruitment, a structured approach, and a sharp eye for identifying the right candidates, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for experienced profiles – from the initial needs assessment all the way to onboarding.
In close collaboration with Practice Area Heads, you’ll prioritize and align hiring needs, drive tailored search strategies, and coordinate the full interview and selection process. Working hand in hand with our internal sourcing team, you will help identify and engage outstanding candidates, while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience at every step.
You’ll regularly prepare and interpret recruiting dashboards to provide insights and guide decision-making for hiring leaders. Beyond daily operations, you will also lead and support key initiatives to further strengthen experienced hiring – whether by standardizing processes, enhancing reporting tools, or managing external recruiting consultants.
In this role, you’ll contribute directly to BCG’s success by ensuring we continue to bring in the best talent – thoughtfully, strategically, and with a high level of excellence.

What You'll Bring

You have a degree from a vocational college or university, ideally with specialization in HR management.At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably in experienced hiring and ideally in a consulting environment or in an international corporation.You’re proficient with MS Office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.

You will be part of our Experienced Hiring Recruiting Team at our Düsseldorf office. Our cooperation is characterized by trust, support, and team spirit. You’ll report to the responsible Recruiting Lead, who will assist you in familiarizing yourself with your role and developing professionally. You will also always be able to draw upon the experience of your other coworkers.
