Participating in the human resources planning process.Ongoing coordination with managers and supervisors to advance various stages of the recruitment and hiring process.Sourcing candidates and screening resumes from various online and offline channels.Coordinating with candidates and scheduling HR interviews.Participating in behavioral interviews.Contributing to the diagnosis and continuous improvement of the recruitment and hiring process.Preparing and presenting periodic recruitment and hiring reports.Participating in employer branding initiatives, including attending job fairs and other related programs.
Requirements:
