Responsibilities What You’ll Do Be a Talent Partner: Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to define hiring needs, develop recruitment action plans, and provide expert guidance on market trends and best practices; Source & Attract Top Talent: Use a mix of sourcing strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking, to find high-caliber professionals in Finance, HR, Marketing, IT, R&D, and other business functions; Manage the End-to-End Hiring Process: Oversee the entire recruitment journey—from crafting job descriptions to making offers—ensuring efficiency, quality, and a positive candidate experience; Deliver a World-Class Candidate Experience: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates feel valued and informed throughout the process; Leverage Data & Market Intelligence: Use hiring metrics, competitor insights, and external labor market trends to refine hiring strategies and continuously improve recruitment outcomes; Build Talent Pipelines: Proactively develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to accelerate hiring for critical roles; Ensure Compliance & Process Excellence: Maintain accurate records in the ATS, ensure adherence to hiring policies, and stay updated on employment laws and best practices; Support Global Initiatives: Contribute to global talent acquisition projects, mentor junior recruiters, and drive innovation in hiring strategies. Qualifications What You’ll Need to Succeed Education: Bachelor's degree; Full-Cycle Recruitment Experience: 5+ years managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offer management, within a corporate or agency environment; Strong Sourcing & Assessment Skills: Expertise in sourcing passive talent, leveraging recruitment marketing, and conducting structured interviews; Tech-Savvy Mindset: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and talent insights to inform hiring decisions; Exceptional Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers, engage candidates, and collaborate effectively across teams; Project Management & Mentorship: Ability to manage multiple hiring initiatives and provide guidance to junior recruiters; Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate challenges, prioritize competing demands, and drive results; Global & Cultural Awareness: Experience working in a multinational environment or global teams is highly desirable; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
