The Talent Sourcer works to proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques. This role is responsible for sourcing candidates for hard-to-fill positions, as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities to support and build robust and diverse candidate pipelines.
The Talent Sourcer demonstrates superior scouting and research capabilities, has a deep understanding of the external talent landscape, and can proactively surface candidates across all career levels. While not responsible for full-cycle recruitment, the Sourcer maintains a strong awareness of end-to-end recruiting workflows to better support business outcomes and hiring manager engagement. This position requires a versatile, utility-minded approach—flexing across talent segments, partnering with multiple stakeholders, and contributing to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives where needed.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Designs and implements proactive sourcing services for a variety of roles (ranging from early talent to senior executive) as assigned and requested.
+ Develops passive candidate sourcing strategy and pipelines using various methods.
+ Delivers comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy.
+ Builds and manages process to qualify candidates using the available job description information, references, technical screens and test sources.
+ Ensures a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process.

+ Delivers exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies.
+ Identifies potential strategic talent and introduce to the business.
+ Drives operational excellence and compliance and set high sourcing standards.
+ Ensures delivery against key metrics.
+ Manages and maintains diversity strategy to attract a diverse workforce to the company by hiring talented people of varied backgrounds and experiences.
+ Provides consultative support and maintain strong relationships with recruiters and stakeholders, including senior leaders, with professionalism and executive presence.
+ Interfaces with and influence executive business stakeholders to offer consultative, data-driven strategic solutions with professionalism and strong executive presence.
+ Brings a critical lens to discussions to ensure balanced and well-informed outcomes.
+ Adapts quickly to changing priorities—shifting between niche sourcing, early talent pipelines, market mapping, and stakeholder support as needed
+ Shares best practices, industry and market intelligence data with Talent Acquisition team and leaders as needed.
+ Combines information (talent market trend, threats, opportunity, etc.) to be used for strategic business planning.
+ Leads various sourcing projects in coordination with fellow TA Sources and Lead.
**Requirements**
+ BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field required.
OR
+ High School diploma with equivalent work experience required.
+ Five-plus (5+) years of experience in a Recruiter or Sourcer role
+ One-plus (1+) years of experience in a sourcing capacity (candidate generation)
+ Prior Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
+ Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
+ Strong grasp of culture and belonging concepts
+ Applicant Tracking System & CRM proficiency
+ Demonstrated executive presence and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
+ Experience supporting early talent or campus pipelines a plus
+ Strong agility and adaptability across business needs
+ Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset; eagerness to contribute beyond core responsibilities
+ Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity with limited guidance, proactively determining data needs to drive clarity and outcomes.
**Eligibility Requirements** :
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
+ Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
