Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter for the in-house TA team, you will lead the successful fulfilment of open vacancies with hiring managers and to be the first point of contact for their hiring needs. 

Responsibilities:

Developing strong and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders and maintaining a stakeholder matrix to ensure delivery against communication objectives.Communicating market intelligence and acting as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers providing specialist advice on the domain area of expertiseIdentifying and escalating risk and compliance issuesManaging requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information as per current recruitment legislation.Providing recruitment guidance and advice to the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists within TAP and assisting the Director with induction and training of new team members.Understanding the recruitment delivery process and carrying out activities accordingly to ensure that KPI’s are met.

QualificationsPrior experience in end-to-end recruitment within the staffing/agency industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organizationProven experience leading and managing multiple stakeholder conversationsProficient in Microsoft office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, WordPrior experience in using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks concurrently and to tight deadlines.Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsStrong strategic skillsAbility to influenceBachelor's Degree is preferred
