What You’ll Do:

Partner with hiring managers to design smart, effective recruitment strategies.Craft and share engaging job postings that attract top candidates.Interview and evaluate applicants to find the best fit for our teams and culture.Represent IQVIA at job fairs and build strong relationships with universities and professional networks.Guide managers through best practices in interviewing and selection.Stay on top of market trends and work with compensation teams to ensure competitive offers.Ensure our hiring practices reflect our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and compliance.Participate in global projects to innovate and improve recruitment processes.Conduct market mapping to identify talent trends and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a corporate setting.Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Advanced English proficiency.Strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.

Your Strengths:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Familiarity with digital sourcing tools and ATS platforms.Strategic mindset with a passion for results.Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and compliance.
