**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Project Coordinator** to support a program focused on optimizing our **high-volume frontline hiring funnel** through multiple strategic projects. This role will be critical in ensuring smooth execution, keeping cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and driving progress on key initiatives.
Reporting to the **Head of Frontline Talent Acquisition** , you will play a pivotal role in coordinating efforts between **the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition** , ensuring deliverables stay on track and meetings are effectively managed. **Key Responsibilities**
+ **Project Coordination:** Support the execution of multiple projects aimed at improving frontline hiring processes and outcomes
+ **Stakeholder Management:** Act as a central point of contact, ensuring alignment between **the business, HR, branding, and talent acquisition** teams
+ **Progress Tracking:** Monitor project milestones, track deliverables, and proactively address roadblocks to keep initiatives on schedule
+ **Meeting & Schedule Management:** Organize meetings, coordinate agendas, and facilitate follow-ups to drive accountability
+ **Status Reporting:** Provide clear and timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisions
+ **Process Optimization:** Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve coordination across teams
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ 1+ years of experience in project coordination, administrative support or recruiting coordination
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
+ Excellent communication skills and experience engaging cross-functional teams
+ Experience with project management tools and familiarity with recruiting workflows is a plus
+ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $54,650.00/Year - $78,100.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
