Talent Acquisition Program Manager *REMOTE
One of the largest tech companies based in Redmond, WA is hiring an Enablement Program Manager within the Talent Acquisition space to join a growing team.

The Enablement Program Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic enablement initiatives that drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is pivotal in translating business priorities into scalable programs, tools, and processes that empower teams to deliver with clarity, consistency, and impact. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including Business Operations, Program Management, and recruiting teams—to ensure alignment, adoption, and continuous improvement of enablement strategies.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute enablement strategies that support operational priorities and drive measurable outcomes.Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve readiness, knowledge transfer, and process adoption across teams.Identify operational inefficiencies and implement robust solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.Build and maintain enablement frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits tailored to operational workflows.Act as a strategic advisor, building trust with leadership and surfacing insights and recommendations that inform business decisions.Drive stakeholder engagement and change management efforts to ensure successful program adoption.Measure and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs using defined KPIs and feedback loops.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for key stakeholders.Analyze data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Develop visualizations and reports to communicate trends effectively to stakeholders.Translate data insights into recommendations for teams and other key stakeholders.Essential Skills8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or enablement roles within the talent acquisition space.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience designing and delivering enablement content and training programs.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with operational frameworks and tools such as Viva Goals, PowerBi, and automation and internal ticketing systems.Experience working in a matrixed or global organization.Background in strategic planning or business transformation.Strong organizational skillset.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
